Steam sauna
Steam rising from the heater creates the right environment for a steam bath. It effectively cleans the airways, prevents and heals asthma, relaxes the muscles and removes toxins form the body.
Finnish sauna
Also known as the Finnish bath, this sauna is a hot air bath with a low relative humidity. The temperature is maintained by a powerful heat source - furnace, on which a pile of stones is stacked (granite). The sauna strengthens the immunity and relaxes muscles and the whole organism.
Herbal sauna
This sauna has similar features as the Finnish sauna. The lower temperature makes it an accessible first step for children into the sauna world. Different aroma´s make every visit a unique experience. The herbal sauna has positive effect on the mood, strengthens the immunity, it relaxes muscles and the whole organism.
Infra sauna
Infra-red deep heat works like sunlight without the harmful UV rays. The radiation is invisible, the body receives the infra-red light as heat. Beneficial effects are for example detoxification of the organism, loss of weight and relaxation of the muscles before a massage.
Notes:
- Sheets are prepared for you in the wellness centre, all you need to take with you is your towel.
- In the wellness bar we offer worm and cold drinks, cocktails and different treats.
- In the wellness shop you can buy bathing accessories such as swimming diapers.
